What does it take?

You will be part of the Total Care support team. Total Care is a managed service that is the first port of call for our clients with all the questions and issues they have using the supported analytics technologies and projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be the first contact of the client solving or assigning tickets to colleagues.
- Able to analyze and understand the problem or development request.
- Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation.
- Taking ownership of an issue or support ticket.
- Present workable pragmatic solutions to the customer.
- You will analyze tickets to propose improvements to our clients.
- You will advise clients with data, dashboarding and reporting questions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skills.
- Able to think in solutions rather than problems.
- Good understanding of server and networking technologies.
- Able to troubleshoot issues in complex environments.
- Affinity with analytics projects is a plus.
- Experience handling tickets in a support desk environment.
- Practical knowledge of SAP BO, Power BI, Qlik or other analytics tooling is a plus.
